By using our website, requesting a quote, scheduling services, or purchasing services from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Poo Happens provides pet waste cleanup and related services throughout Greater Phoenix and the Valley. Services may include recurring dog waste pickup, one-time cleanups, commercial pet waste removal, sanitizing and deodorizing services, and parvocide yard sanitation treatment.
Service availability, frequency, pricing, and scope may vary based on factors such as property size, number of pets, service location, yard conditions, service frequency, accessibility, and the type of service requested.
We reserve the right to decline, suspend, modify, or discontinue service when conditions make the requested service unsafe, impractical, inaccessible, or outside the scope of the services we provide.
Prices displayed on our website may represent starting prices and may vary depending on the property and service requirements.
A quote may be based on information provided by the customer, including:
Number of dogs
Property size
Yard conditions
Frequency of cleanup
Service location
Accessibility
Additional requested services
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting a quote.
If information provided to us is incomplete or inaccurate, or if actual property conditions differ materially from the information provided, pricing may be adjusted before or after the initial service.
Prices, service offerings, and fees may be changed from time to time.
Poo Happens may match or beat qualifying competitor quotes.*
Price matching is not guaranteed and is subject to review. We reserve the right to determine whether a competitor quote qualifies for a price match based on factors including, but not limited to, the scope of service, service frequency, property size, number of pets, geographic service area, business qualifications, promotional pricing, introductory offers, and other relevant service conditions.
Price matching may not be available for every competitor, individual service provider, promotion, temporary offer, or pricing arrangement.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that Poo Happens has safe and reasonable access to the designated service area on the scheduled service date.
Customers may be responsible for:
Providing gate access when necessary
Keeping pathways reasonably clear
Informing us of locked gates or access restrictions
Providing relevant instructions regarding pets
Identifying areas that should or should not be serviced
Informing us about known property hazards
Customers generally do not need to be home during service as long as the designated service area can be safely accessed.
If access is unavailable, restricted, or unsafe at the time of service, the visit may be considered completed, postponed, or rescheduled at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for informing Poo Happens about pets that may be present during service.
Friendly dogs may be permitted in the yard while services are performed when it is safe to do so. However, Poo Happens may request that a pet remain indoors or be properly secured if the animal is aggressive, anxious, protective, unpredictable, or otherwise presents a potential safety concern.
Customers remain responsible for the behavior, supervision, and control of their animals.
Poo Happens is not responsible for an animal escaping through an existing damaged, unsecured, defective, or improperly maintained gate, fence, door, or access point.
Poo Happens offers recurring pet waste cleanup schedules, which may include weekly, twice-weekly, every-other-week, monthly, or other agreed-upon service frequencies.
Recurring services do not require a long-term service contract. However, customers requesting cancellation of recurring service must provide at least 30 days’ notice before the cancellation becomes effective.
Customers should contact Poo Happens directly to request cancellation or make changes to recurring service.
Services scheduled during the 30-day notice period may continue to be provided and billed according to the customer’s existing service schedule unless otherwise agreed to by Poo Happens.
We reserve the right to adjust routes, service days, or arrival times due to weather, holidays, staffing, traffic conditions, operational requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Poo Happens also reserves the right to discontinue service when necessary, including for nonpayment, unsafe conditions, repeated access problems, inappropriate customer conduct, or other circumstances that interfere with our ability to safely and reasonably provide service.
Customers should notify Poo Happens when there are changes that may affect recurring service or pricing, including:
Changes in the number of dogs
Changes to the property or service area
Gate or access changes
Changes in service frequency
Extended periods when service will not be needed
New hazards or accessibility concerns
Changes to service frequency or property conditions may result in an adjustment to pricing.
One-time cleanup services may be used for accumulated pet waste, move-ins, move-outs, special circumstances, or customers who want an initial cleanup before beginning recurring service.
The amount of pet waste, accessibility of the property, yard size, number of animals, and site conditions may affect the amount of time and resources required to complete a cleanup.
Additional charges may apply when actual conditions exceed the scope represented when the service was originally quoted.
Poo Happens may offer sanitizer and deodorizer services intended to help reduce odors and address contaminants in outdoor pet areas, including yards, rock areas, patios, and artificial turf.
Results may vary based on environmental conditions, contamination levels, surface materials, weather, pet activity, previous maintenance, and other factors outside our control.
Sanitizing and deodorizing services do not guarantee the complete elimination of odors, bacteria, contaminants, stains, or other conditions.
Poo Happens offers a separate parvocide sanitation treatment for outdoor areas that may have been exposed to canine parvovirus.
This service is intended to support the sanitation of affected outdoor areas. It is not veterinary care, medical treatment, animal health advice, or a guarantee that a property is completely free from viruses, pathogens, or contamination.
Customers should consult a licensed veterinarian regarding animal health, suspected parvovirus exposure, testing, treatment, vaccination, or decisions regarding when an animal may safely enter an affected area.
Results of sanitation treatments are not guaranteed.
Pet waste collected as part of applicable cleanup services is removed from the customer’s property.
Poo Happens is not responsible for pet waste, debris, contamination, or other materials that are concealed, buried, inaccessible, located outside the agreed service area, obstructed from view, or otherwise unable to be reasonably identified during service.
Weather and environmental conditions may delay, interrupt, reschedule, or prevent service.
Service may be postponed or rescheduled because of conditions including:
Heavy rain
Flooding
Extreme heat
Severe weather
Lightning
Unsafe yard conditions
Standing water
Construction activity
Pest activity
Other conditions that may create a safety concern
Route schedules and arrival times may also change because of weather, traffic, holidays, staffing, or other operational circumstances.
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate contact and property information
Provide safe and reasonable access to the service area
Disclose known hazards
Secure aggressive or unsafe animals when requested
Maintain gates, fences, pathways, and access points
Inform Poo Happens of changes that may affect service
Pay applicable service charges when due
Customers should notify Poo Happens of potential hazards such as damaged fencing, aggressive animals, construction materials, sharp objects, standing water, pest infestations, unsafe surfaces, or other conditions that may create a risk while service is being performed.
If a customer has a concern regarding a completed service, the customer should notify Poo Happens within 24 hours whenever reasonably possible so the situation can be reviewed.
Any correction, re-service, credit, refund, or other remedy is subject to review of the circumstances and is not automatically guaranteed.
Photographs, service records, property conditions, access availability, weather, and other relevant information may be considered when evaluating a service concern.
Customers are responsible for all charges associated with services they request or authorize.
Available payment methods, billing schedules, prepayment offers, cash specials, discounts, and promotions may change from time to time.
Payment may be required before, at the time of, or after service depending on the service arrangement.
Failure to pay amounts due may result in suspension or cancellation of service.
Customers remain responsible for outstanding balances associated with services already performed.
Promotional pricing, introductory offers, discounts, prepaid offers, cash specials, coupons, and other promotions may be subject to:

Promotions may not be combined unless specifically stated otherwise.
