This is the third poop cleanup company I have tried. The other two went out of business and/or mysteriously just stopped showing up or responding. I guess you get what you pay for. This service is pricier than the other two, but I have had no issues so far. They are responsive, timely, and respectful of our space. Zach does a great job with the yard. I’ve used Poo Happens for over 3yrs now after my diagnosis of Long Haul Covid.  I am very happy with our technician, he makes sure to pick up all the poop around the yard.  There are times when our technician goes above and beyond my expectations.  One day, I left a dog kennel outside to clean.  Only to find it was cleaned afterwards.  Another time, I left the hose to the pool to fill with water but didn’t put the hose back.  When I went outside with my dogs, the hose was nicely placed in the hose container. I keep my backyard gate locked.  If it is locked, I’d receive a call, text or even a knock on the door for a reminder, so our technician can clean the backyard.  In addition, I pay a little extra for a backyard spray service to get rid of the smell.  It works great at neutralizing the urine/poop smell.
